中午開車回家拿手機,在平交道前的紅燈停了一下,那紅綠燈有點久,天氣晴天,不戴墨鏡會很刺眼。
靜止狀態下,眼前看到的是...下雨!細細雨絲從天而降,直線下來到地面,可是到處乾的很沒半點水,我真的以為眼花了,左側看出去再看看右側,再回到前方,盡是細細雨絲直直落下,這時我問瑋佳是不是有看到下雨,確定沒雨!
綠燈,車子動了之後就看不到那『雨絲』了...
The most important thing you can do with an emotion is to allow it in, to feel all aspects of it while not losing your consciousness. Take for instance anger. You can invite anger to be fully present, experiencing it in your body at several places, while you are at the same time neutrally observing it. Such a type of consciousness is healing. What happens in this instance is that you embrace the emotion, which is essentially a form of misunderstanding, with understanding. This is spiritual alchemy.
對於某個情緒,你們所能做的最重要的事,就是允許它進入,去感覺它的各個面向,卻不能失去意識。例如憤怒,你們可以邀請它全然的存在,在身體幾個部位體驗它,但同時又站在中立的角度觀察。這樣的意識就是療癒,此刻,你們以理解擁抱自己的情緒,情緒基本上就是一種不理解。這就是靈性煉金術。
這就是入門顯像面和未顯像面的並存。
As soon as there are intense emotions rising up, it is wise to make a pause, in silence. Go back to the quiet, knowing part of you and ask: what is really going on here? It is all about your wisdom and discernment now, your ability to see through things and to feel what really is at stake.
